Athleticism covers this range of actions pretty well.



Ah yes, I suppose it does, especially the way specializations work, making a character particularly good at Throwing, Running, or Acrobatics while leaving them well-skilled (3d) at everything else in the broader scheme.

Also if you have a character that routinely uses Grenades and you don't want to make it a Super Weaponry power, you could just take the Area Effect boost with Athleticism to reflect the attack! Good times emoticon
