Today's submission is a police officer who has discovered that he now has the power to 'protect' the people. I created a new advantage for him called Law Enforcement which gives him the legal authority to arrest criminals, carry a gun, etc.

Today's submission is a little more powerful than my usual character. Although built on more points, he is not designed to go toe to toe with the heroes. Instead, he scans their minds for their darkest thoughts, then uses mind control to get them to act out on their own jealouses and desires. Although the heroes can claim that they were mind controlled, they cannot deny that the inspiration behind their action is the darkness within themselves that they keep hidden from the world.
