One thing you did mention at the end that I want to question is that you said you'd come along with pregens so you can get straight into the game.
One of the beauties of SUPERS! is the chargen (you said it yourself earlier in the podcast).
Then you are missing a trick if you don't include it in the actual play.

I think that we had planned to bring pregens for any who wanted them as well as showcasing the character generation rules from the book.
One or two examples gets us right into gameplay.
