Coming Soon: Rally Cry

Greetings!

I am happy to let you all know that in the next few months I will be releasing a full setting for the SUPERS! system. It is a dark, Iron Age based setting where the world is deffinatly in need of heroes.

New York and Washington DC are in ruins as a madman seeks to destroy all of America piece by piece. The Russian 'Red-Menace' still looms in the east, and crime of all kinds abounds across the globe.

I am currently going through a final content edit then will be sending it out for final editing. Artwork is moving along and I hope to have this released no later than Christmas!

post more... post often... Be Super!

all kidding aside keep throwing some info out there and post some teaser art when you get it. Text is groovy but the art will help folks feel what you are putting out there.

Walt

Re: Coming Soon: Rally Cry

After much thought and lots of discussions with friends I have decided to release my Setting as a series of free PDF's instead of one large pay project.

This will free me up to work on smaller chunks of the world while still releasing information.

The first piece of the setting, The World of Rally Cry will be released on RPGNow in the next couple of days. In the meantime if you are interested you can see it, for free, at

http://rallycrythegame.wordpress.com/

The handful of characters that are presented have stats for G-Core, but as I continue there will be write-ups for Supers! as well as for a couple of Home-Brew games I am currently working on.

I plan for my blog to also be a place for reviews of other games, random gaming thoughts, and just general comic-book related fun!

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I hope you take a look at my offerings! emoticon

Does Jay Libby of Dilly Green Been games know about this? You should shoot him a note letting him know that you are using his system to flesh out your world. He totally geeks out on stuff like this.

Love the cover, a nice touch for a very fleshed out setting.

More please...

Walt

thanks! I am glad you like it. Yes, Jay knows all about it, and I am hoping to put it up as a free book this weekend on RPGnow. I already have a NYC expansion ready to go other than NPC's

Thanks again!

Re: Coming Soon: Rally Cry

Hey everyone!

Just a heads up to let you all know that I have posted a setting expansion for what is left of New York City on my blog. It is quick and to the point.

I will be re-doing all the characters presented in the two files in Supers! format later this week!

Coming soon will be a file detailing a powerful Alien presence on the planet as well as a write up for another city that is my version of Metropolis.

Also down the road I plan to re-release both of these with artwork hopefully.

and before I forget, here is the link to my blog! http://rallycrythegame.wordpress.com/
